Backline will be performing its annual Production to Disaster Recovery (DR) Failover test on Friday, March 27th from 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM ET.

During this maintenance window, customers may experience two brief service interruptions of approximately 15 minutes each — one when we failover to DR, and one when we failback to Production.

We will post real-time updates at https://status.drfirst.com. No action is required on your end beyond notifying your users of the potential impact.
