Maintenance Window: Date: Friday, October 9, 2026 Time: 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST Impact: sftp02.drfirst.com will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
What We're Doing: We are replacing our current public SFTP server with a newer system to improve security, reliability, and performance. All existing user accounts, login credentials, and stored data will be migrated to the new system. No action is required on your part to retain your account or files.
What You May Notice After the Migration: Updated encryption options: The new server supports modern, more secure cipher suites and key exchange algorithms. Older or deprecated ciphers will no longer be supported. Most current SFTP clients will connect without any changes. However, if your client or automation relies on very old encryption settings, you may be unable to connect after the migration and may need to update your client software or its configuration.
