Patient Engagement (RxInform) will perform a scheduled system failover in our production environment on June 19, 2025, at 7:00 PM ET. Failback on June 26th, 2025.

There will be up to 1 hour of disruption in service expected during the scheduled system failover.

RxInform NAT Gateway IP's (to be whitelisted by partners):
West US Region : 52.89.91.236 and 100.20.118.222
East US Region : 3.132.12.212 and 3.142.160.182

Please ensure you are using the above IP addresses in the future.

Epic customers: Please check your RxInform interface after maintenance is completed, if needed please restart your RxInform interface to process the messages again.
