The purpose of this bulletin is to inform all hospital leaders and staff responsible for the support of RxInform about the upcoming scheduled system failover.
Background.
RxInform will perform a scheduled system failover in our Production environment on Oct 29, 2026 at 7:00 PM ET. Failback on Nov 5, 2026at 7:00 PM ET
RxInform NAT Gateway IP's (to be whitelisted by partners):
West US Region : 52.89.91.236 and 100.20.118.222
East US Region : 3.132.12.212 and 3.142.160.182
Impact.
There will be up to 1 hour of disruption in service expected during the maintenance period. Please ensure you are using the above IP addresses in the future.
Epic customers: Please check your RxInform interface after maintenance is completed, if needed please restart your RxInform interface to process the messages again.
