RxInform will perform a scheduled system failover in our production environment on Thursday, March 28, 2024, beginning at 7:00 PM ET.

There will be up to 1 hour of disruption in service expected during the maintenance period.

Please ensure you are using the below IP addresses in the future.

RxInform NAT Gateway IP addresses (to be whitelisted by partners):
West US Region (Current Primary Region): 52.89.91.236 and 100.20.118.222
East US Region (Failover region): 3.132.12.212 and 3.142.160.182
