DDoS implementation for ui.staging.epcsdrfirst.com is scheduled at 10:00 PM EST on March 19, 2024.
DrFirst will be migrating services from ui.staging.epcsdrfirst.com to a new hosting platform because of which the underlying service IP address will change.
Please review the changes carefully to ensure no disruption of services after the migration.
DNS Change: This migration involves changing IPs for listed services’ DNS. DrFirst will reduce the DNS TTL (time-to-live) to around 30 seconds for quicker propagation so please ensure your DNS setup honors the TTL to avoid any issues.
IP Change: 1. If your networking team is currently whitelisting DrFirst at a domain level (e.g. *.drfirst.com or *.epcsdrfirst.com) then NO action is needed as the DrFirst domains are NOT changing. 2. If your networking team uses IP addresses for whitelisting DrFirst, then in addition to currently whitelisted subnets please ADD 2 more IP addresses (old and new IP listed below).
Environment: Staging Current Subnet Whitelist Requirement: 207.114.91.0/24, 209.160.238.0/24 Additional IPs to be Whitelisted: 45.60.233.33, 45.60.233.35
DrFirst will NOT be shutting down the old IP addresses currently serving the URL to avoid any abrupt disruption of service but there will be a hard cut-off date communicated separately.
