The Help Center is getting an updated homepage and a new look. These changes are designed to help you find the right resources more easily, especially when you're first getting started. While all articles and support content will stay the same, the design will feel more streamlined and easier to navigate.

Why we're making this change
We've heard your feedback that the current product-based navigation doesn't always make it clear where to start when looking for support. This update is part of our effort to make support materials easier to access, no matter which DrFirst product you use. By organizing resources more clearly from the start, we hope to make it quicker to find the right information.

What you need to know
• All existing articles and resources will still be available.
• You'll see a new homepage layout with updated visuals and navigation options.
• A more visible search bar will help you find familiar articles faster.
• You'll continue to receive the same responsive support and reliable service you're used to.

Timeline
• The updated Help Center will launch by August 2025.
• You don't need to take any action because your access to support and documentation will remain uninterrupted.
