RxInform will perform a scheduled system failover in our production environment on November 7, 2024, at 7:00 PM ET.

RxInform NAT Gateway IP's (to be whitelisted by partners):

West US Region: 52.89.91.236 and 100.20.118.222
East US Region: 3.132.12.212 and 3.142.160.182

There will be up to 1 hour of disruption in service expected during the maintenance period.

Please ensure you are using the above IP addresses in the future.
